[contact list] group handling is unintuitive

Description

moving a user from one group to another should work on a one-click basis. it's more commong to have a user in ONE group than in multiple. if a user should be in multiple groups, a MODIFIER+left click could be used instead. even a new menu entry (add user to another group) could possibly more user friendly.

As of r6484, users are moved when dragged to another group in Qt4-Gui. An option also exist to get the old behaviour instead.

Dragging with shift will always move and dragging with control will always add to the new group.
